Terms of Service

By creating an account or using FlowMind, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

FlowMind is an AI assistant that connects to your own n8n instance to help you list, create, debug, execute and deploy automation workflows. FlowMind is offered during an early-access period and is provided on an evolving basis.

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.

• Free — includes a daily allowance of AI messages, intended for evaluating the service.
• Agency Founder — billed at €99 per month in EUR, with unlimited access as described at checkout.
• Payments — are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancellation — you can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

You agree not to misuse FlowMind — including attempting to disrupt the service, access it without authorization, or use it for unlawful activity or to violate the rights of others. You are responsible for ensuring the automations you build comply with applicable laws and the terms of any third-party services you connect.

You retain ownership of the content you provide and the workflows you create. You are responsible for the API keys, n8n instance and other services you connect, and for the data processed through them. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

FlowMind integrates with third parties such as n8n, AI providers, Supabase and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

FlowMind is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; review the workflows and actions FlowMind proposes before relying on them in production.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowMind and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using FlowMind at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the service and its users.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, announced. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
